Why a check-in beats a vague resolution

- Briefs: VIP and guest information published once, findably.
Business checklist
- Statuses that mean something: Inquiry → Contract sent → Deposit → Booked (and Lost when it is lost).
- Templates ready: questionnaire, contract, ceremony starter — not reinvented per couple.
