We’re selecting 20 wedding professionals to test Studio with practice and real weddings. We’re looking for officiants, DJs/MCs, and professionals who do both.

- People just getting started, and experienced pros ready to replace a patchwork of calendars, documents, notes, spreadsheets, and payment tools
What beta participants receive

- 25 wedding activations that do not expire
- Bookings, Officiant Suite, and DJ Suite
- Full support by email
- A chance to influence the product before public purchasing opens
What Studio asks in return
- Use Studio with practice or real weddings
- Tell us about bugs, missing capabilities, confusing workflows, or features that would make your work easier
Current beta eligibility
- This beta is Bookings, Officiant Suite, and DJ Suite — not a finished enterprise system.
- DJ Suite plans the night; it does not replace mixing or playback software.
What “beta” means
Studio’s core Bookings, Officiant Suite, and DJ Suite workflows are built and usable today. We are recruiting beta professionals to help us improve onboarding, automations, multi-operator permissions, and portions of the DJ reception workflow.
Some capabilities will change as we learn from beta participants. Applying does not guarantee selection.
