When to activate
Most pros activate when the couple commits.
There is no single rule — you might open Wedding Suite for every inquiry, after you review the lead, when the couple is ready to sign the contract, or only for full-service weddings. The pricing model stays the same: free lead tracking, one credit when you need the full workspace.

Is this only for wedding officiants?
No. Studio launched with officiants and now includes DJ Suite for ceremony-through-reception music and guest requests. The Bookings core — inquiries, couples, contracts, payments, and portals — is shared by every vertical, and more wedding pros (planners, coordinators, caterers, florists, venues) are planned on the same platform.
Do I need to pay every month?
No. Lead tracking and studio setup are free. You buy credits only when you want to activate Wedding Suite for specific weddings.
What does one credit do?
One credit opens Wedding Suite for one wedding. That unlocks planning forms, contracts, e-signatures, payments, the full couple portal, and role-specific portals — plus the Officiant or DJ tools that event needs.
Is this too complicated if I only do a few weddings each year?
The free account lets you start with the basics: inquiry tracking, statuses, and setup. You can open Wedding Suite only for weddings where the extra workflow is worth it.
How is this different from a generic CRM?
Most client-management tools stop at leads, contracts, and payments. Studio includes those booking tools, then keeps going into the wedding itself — private vows, ceremony elements, procession and seating, and day-of mode for officiants; music plans and guest requests for DJs.
Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my Studio?
Yes. ChatGPT connects with OAuth using the ChatGPT MCP URL shown under Studio Setup → Integrations. Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other local bridge clients use a private connection key from the same Integrations page. Your AI can answer questions about your schedule and couple checklists using live Studio data.
