Free lead tracking · Activate the wedding when ready

Getting started

Set up your studio from first login through your first booked wedding — Officiant Suite, DJ Suite, or both.

Now accepting 20 beta users.

Already invited to the beta? Use the beta setup guide — sign in, finish Getting Started, and activate your first wedding.

  1. Sign in to your studio

Invited beta participants sign in at studio.youhadmeatido.app using the invitation email. Still applying? Use the beta application page — selection is limited and applying does not guarantee a spot.

Where: Open the Employee Portal after login. Getting Started appears until essentials are complete.

  2. Complete Getting Started essentials

Work the checklist: your business, event types, what you offer, booking stages, inquiry form, availability, and payments (Stripe when you are ready to collect deposits). Optional templates — prices, contracts, emails, checklists, questionnaires, ceremony scripts — can wait.

Where: Employee Portal → Getting Started. Each step marks done when you save.

  3. Publish your inquiry form

Embed or link your inquiry form on your website. Submit a test inquiry yourself so you can see how a new couple appears as a wedding in your pipeline.

Where: Booking and Packages → Inquiry Form. Copy your public link or embed code from Share & Embed at the bottom of that page.

  4. Work your first wedding (free)

Every inquiry gets a wedding workspace. Move booking stages as you talk with the couple. They receive a light couple portal — date, venues, and The Story of You — at no cost while you decide whether to book.

Where: My Business → My Weddings. Use the Dashboard pipeline counters to filter by status.

  5. Activate the wedding when ready

When you want the full couple portal (planning forms, contracts, payments, guest and vendor portals, day-of tools, Officiant Suite and/or DJ Suite), activate that wedding. One activation = one wedding. Selected beta participants receive 25 wedding activations that do not expire.

Where: Open the wedding → full wedding workspace card, or My Business → full wedding workspace.

  6. Using Officiant Suite

On an activated wedding, build or Magic Import a ceremony script, add VIPs and processional order, send the couple magic link, then open Day-of Mode and download the offline backup before wedding day.

Where: Wedding → Ceremony Builder, VIPs, couple magic link, Day-of Mode. Prefer a real wedding when you can.

  7. Using DJ Suite

On an activated wedding that includes DJ or MC work, fill Ceremony Music, Grand March, Formalities, and the Music Board with the couple. Turn on the guest request queue when you are ready.

Where: Wedding → DJ Suite. Guest requests stay in a queue you control.

  8. Share beta feedback

Email support@youhadmeatido.app with your studio URL, what you were doing, and a screenshot when something looks wrong. Real ceremonies and honest notes are what make this beta useful.
