Written for officiants
You hold vows, family notes, and a ceremony the room will remember. Treat that like the job it is.
This page is the plain-language companion to the Privacy Policy. If they ever differ, the Privacy Policy controls.
What Studio stores
Your account (name, email, studio settings). Each wedding record: couple contacts, venues, dates, and pipeline status. After the wedding is activated: contracts, scripts, vows, VIP and vendor lists, Internal Notes, messages, checklists, and portals. Card numbers go to Stripe — not our ledger.
What you still author
The ceremony is yours. Cues are yours. Contracts with your clients are yours. Couples write their vows. Optional AI can polish or import; it does not become the officiant. Ceremony Workshop is a builder, not a ghostwriter.
Private vows
Each partner writes in their own Vow Workshop session. The other partner sees length and spoken time — not the words. Finished vows reach you as the officiant when they are ready. Vow Workshop.
AI boundaries
AI is optional. Magic Import waits for your review. Vow help stays in that partner’s private space. Connected ChatGPT or Claude is read-only: it can look at staff-visible schedule, script, notes, and contacts. It cannot sign, charge, edit the script, or publish a portal. AI tools.

The footer is literal: no ads, we do not sell personal information. Hosting, email, and Stripe still process what they need to run the Service.
Connected AI can read what you can read
If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, that assistant can read the ceremony script and Internal Notes for weddings you already see in Studio. Do not connect it on a shared computer you would not leave logged into Studio.
You hand off backups
Emergency backup download or email is something you start when you need a backup officiant. We do not silently forward a couple’s vows to a third officiant.
No fake seals
This page does not invent SOC 2, GDPR DPAs, or “we never send data to AI providers.” Optional AI features send the text you submit — or the live data you authorize — to that provider.
