Product roadmap

Where Studio is going next

Studio brings booking, planning, communication, and wedding-day tools into one workspace. See what is available today and what we are working toward next.

Now accepting 20 beta users.

Available now

One wedding workspace, from inquiry through wedding day

Studio already gives officiants and DJs practical tools for booking couples, planning the work, and running the wedding.

Bookings

Manage inquiries, services and pricing, proposals, contracts, payments, and the booking pipeline.

Customizable couple portal

Give each couple a dedicated workspace and show only the tools their wedding needs: Your Story, Contact Information, Venue Details, Guest Portal, Schedule, Wedding Party and VIPs, Planning Checklist, and Vendors.

Studio operations

Use personal and studio-wide dashboards for staffing, availability, calendars, messages, compensation, finances, and reports.

Officiant Suite

Build ceremony scripts, vows, procession and seating plans, ceremony elements, rehearsal details, and day-of views.

DJ Suite

Plan music, introductions, reception formalities, requests, do-not-play lists, and day-of details.

Coming next

Clearer controls and smoother follow-through

Our next improvements focus on making Studio easier to configure, easier for couples to understand, and more dependable from booking through payment.

Simpler couple-portal controls

Clear descriptions, visible Shown and Hidden states, accurate counts, and consistent hiding across navigation, dashboards, banners, and direct links. Turning a tool off will preserve its saved information.

Public availability checking

Let couples check whether a date may be available without revealing private calendar details or automatically creating a lead.

Better calendar invitations

More dependable invitations for Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Proton Calendar, and other calendar services.

Better couple contact records

Structured phone and address information for both partners, kept with the wedding record.

Smarter booking follow-through

Clear next steps after signatures and deposits, with reminders designed to avoid duplicate messages.

Planned

More flexibility for real wedding businesses

Read-only client preview

See the couple experience without changing their information.

Flexible locations

Separate ceremony, rehearsal, and reception locations, with hidden information safely preserved.

Clearer wedding workspaces

A simpler way to find the right information before, during, and after the wedding.

Authorized financial context

Show the right team members the contract total while keeping business finances and individual compensation appropriately separated.

Smarter communications

Useful milestone notifications and flexible routing when a planner or coordinator should be the primary contact.

Privacy and access hardening

Continued improvements that keep every studio, couple, contract, payment, and wedding record properly separated.

Future direction

Purpose-built tools for more wedding professionals

Our long-term direction is one booking system, one wedding record, one couple portal, and purpose-built tools for every professional involved.

Planning and coordination

Dedicated experiences for planners and day-of coordinators.

Venues and hospitality

Purpose-built workflows for venues, caterers, and rental companies.

Creative partners

Role-specific tools for florists and videographers.

These will not be renamed versions of the same dashboard. Each vertical should use the terminology, templates, planning tools, client collaboration, staffing, and day-of workflow that its professionals actually need. Multi-service businesses will be able to use more than one vertical while sharing the same couple, wedding, contract, payment, schedule, and communications.

How we prioritize

Useful first. Safe always.

  1. Make booking and payment easier.
  2. Make planning and day-of work genuinely useful.
  3. Protect each studio and couple's information.
  4. Build role-specific tools with working wedding professionals.
  5. Release only after staging and production review.

This roadmap describes our current direction, not a promise of specific features or release dates. Priorities may change as we learn from wedding professionals and improve the platform.
